Reverend Douglas Hunt, clergy representative


Rev. Douglas Hunt is ordained clergy in the United Church of Christ and is an active member of Church of the Savior UCC in Knoxville, TN.  His many years of experience working with diverse constituencies, organizing educational campaigns, and building coalitions have given him a broad range of knowledge on environmental, social, and economic justice issues.  He is also a skilled writer and public speaker.

 

Glenda Struss-Keyes, outreach coordinator


Glenda has worked in the faith community with a focus on environmental issues since 1965.  From 1991 to 2006, Glenda served as the Co-Director  and later Director of the Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation (JPIC) office of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Knoxville.  During the years of 1973 to 1990, she served as a missionary in the Philippines.  Through her work, she has gained knowledge of energy and building efficiency, community relations, waste reduction, and sustainable landscaping, food preparation, and transportation.  She also has experience as an educator.
